Hey there, welcome to my space on the internet!
I’m a writer, and as you can probably guess from the name, Space & Lasers, I’m into science fiction writing (or sci-fi writing).
I know, I know. Another writer with a blog. So, what makes me different?
Well, obviously the focus on science fiction. Now I love watching all kinds of science fiction, but when it comes to actually writing, I prefer a mix of fantasy and realism. Think something like Mass Effect over Star Wars or The Expanse.
Speaking of Mass Effect, I love to talk about my inspirations. All writers out there, especially fiction writers, are inspired by something, and I’m no different. I want to lay out all my inspirations all the table and really dive into what about them led me to become the science fiction writer I am.
While I love storytelling for the screen and have invested a fair bit of time into honing my craft in screenwriting, storytelling is at the heart of what I do and I’m currently venturing into the world of prose. Not just short stories, but full-on novels.
In the menu across the top, you’ll find my two current major projects: Nash and Highton Heroes. Dive into the sub-menus to get a better understanding of what these two series are about. I’ve also shared a bunch of background info on characters, technology, the world… You name it!
